Booking & Pricing

Booking is simple: either in advance on our website (section Book now), or directly on-site using our touchscreen terminal inside the facility.

On the terminal or website, first select your desired storage duration, then your locker size before paying.

We strongly recommend booking online in advance to guarantee availability of a locker in the desired size, especially during the tourist high season (April to October). However, if lockers are available, you can book and pay directly on-site at the terminal.

Hourly rates are only available on-site.

It depends on your booking method:

  • At the touchscreen terminal: Contactless bank card payment only (CB/Visa/Mastercard). Apple Pay and Samsung Pay also accepted.
  • On our website: We accept bank cards (CB/Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Any advance booking can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the reservation. Within the 7 days prior to your booking, no refund is offered unless you purchased the 'Cancellation and modification insurance' option at the time of booking. No refund will be offered for a booking that has already begun. In all cases, you can modify your booking yourself: if there is a supplement, simply pay the difference.
Early pick-up is possible at any time. However, any period that has begun is due and no partial refund is issued for early checkout.

The maximum duration for a long-term booking is 30 days.

Using the service

Our system is 100% automatic and very simple:

  1. Book online or at the terminal and pay.
  2. Receive your unique access code by email and SMS.
  3. Go to the storage facility and enter your code on the terminal.
  4. Drop off your luggage and close the door.
  5. To retrieve your belongings, use the same code.
Yes! Our automated storage facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure the security of the premises, access is free during the day, but requires entering your booking code on the external keypad at the entrance between 10 PM and 8 AM.
It's 100% automatic. Once your booking is made, you receive a unique code. To open your locker (drop-off or pick-up), simply enter this code directly on the touchscreen terminal inside the facility. The corresponding locker will unlock automatically.
Yes, absolutely! Your access is unlimited. You can come back to grab a piece of clothing or drop off an additional purchase as many times as you like during your rental period, with no extra charge.
If you are late, you will simply need to pay the applicable supplement directly on the touchscreen terminal to unlock your locker. Warning: after 24 hours of overdue time without any contact from you, the luggage may be considered abandoned.

  • Small (S): a single cabin bag.
  • Medium (M): ideal for 2 cabin bags.
  • Large (L): a checked suitcase or GR20 backpacks.
  • Extra-Large (XL): very bulky equipment.
Yes! You pay for the locker, not per item of luggage. As long as the door closes normally without forcing, you can optimize the space as you wish.

Absolutely. Our L and XL lockers are perfectly suited for storing sports equipment or hiking gear. This is ideal for GR20 hikers who want to leave their trekking gear safely.

Warning: please make sure to check the locker height against the dimensions of your equipment, especially hiking poles and sliding equipment.
We also draw your attention to the weight limit: maximum 30 kg per locker.

Location & access

Our automated luggage storage is located at 2 Rue Sebastiani, 20000 Ajaccio, right in the city centre. A strategic location, just a few minutes' walk from the main points of interest:

  • 5 min from the ferry terminal
  • 2 min from the Saint Roch bus stop (airport shuttle)
  • 3 min from the tourist office
  • 10 min from the SNCF train station
Absolutely! Our location was chosen for its proximity to the main arrival points: just a few minutes' walk from the port (ferry terminal for Corsica Linea, La Méridionale, Corsica Ferries) and Ajaccio train station. It's the ideal location to drop off your luggage upon arrival or before departure.
Yes, several public car parks are located a few minutes' walk from our storage facility (Chambre de Commerce car park, Diamant car park). Being located in the city centre, you will find paid parking spaces on the adjacent streets.
Our premises are located in a historic building in the old town of Ajaccio. Due to the architectural configuration of the building, there is a step at the entrance, which may make access difficult for wheelchair users. We are aware of this constraint and sincerely apologize.

Security & assistance

The security of your personal belongings is our core mission. Several measures are in place:

  • Metal lockers locked with a secret code
  • CCTV and alarm continuous 24/7 monitoring of the premises
  • Secured access by unique code between 10 PM and 8 AM
  • Insurance for each locker up to €750 (see conditions in our T&Cs)
